The IRB has launched a new national toll-free number, 1-833-931-5121, which provides access to all divisions and the My Case help desk in English or French. This single number replaces the previous regional numbers, which will be phased out gradually. Callers will receive pre-recorded updates on the transition when using the old numbers. This initiative is part of the IRB’s effort to enhance user-centered services, creating a more modern and accessible tribunal. For further details, visit the IRB website.
