The Safe Haven Program by the Pacific Immigrant Resources Society supports newcomer women who are asylum seekers or refugee claimants in Canada. It provides access to essential resources, including language classes, housing, employment assistance, and legal aid, all in a supportive and confidential environment. The program is available in multiple languages and offers flexible contact options, including online, phone, and in-person support.

We speak English, Spanish (Español), Cantonese (廣東話), Mandarin (普通話), Dari (فارسی دری), Farsi (فارسی), Pashto (پښتو), Arabic (اَلْعَرَبِيَّةُ), Ukrainian (Украї́нська мо́ва) and Russian (Русский язык). We are happy to support you in your preferred language.
