ISSofBC – HIPPY and SMART programs for refugees and refugee claimants

ISSofBC is currently recruiting participants for their program SMART (Supporting Mothers and Raising Toddlers), and HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Pre-School Youngsters).

Eligilibty: refugees, refugee claimants and newcomer families.

Program is open to mothers who are isolated and have children between 18 months and 5 years old.
