About the Speaker:
Farah Kotadia, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Immigrant Integration sector, will be leading this series. Farah is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and an MBA in Human Resources. Her extensive background in clinical counselling and human resources enables her to provide practical, compassionate insights into supporting individuals with lived experience of trauma. Farah is currently the Director of Mental Wellness at YMCA British Columbia and is passionate about empowering individuals to develop coping strategies that enhance both their personal and professional lives through her private practice at Wellness Works.
