The South Fraser Refugee Readiness Team, led by DIVERSEcity, supports refugees and displaced Ukrainians in Surrey, Delta, Langley, and surrounding areas. With a focus on collaboration, the team addresses five key areas: housing, food justice, healthcare, employment, and community capacity building. The initiative fosters a coordinated community approach to refugee resettlement, leveraging local expertise to enhance services.

The RRT has produced resource guides on health, mental health, food justice, and refugee-specific services like the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). Additional resources are listed for newcomers navigating life in BC, including links to food banks and health services.
