Description: The intention of this workshop is to create a space for frontline workers to reflect on the importance of building capacity through care, solidarity, compassion, resistance, liberation, and sustainability. It invites participants to explore how these principles can enhance their ability to support both themselves and the communities they serve.

About the facilitator: Maria Fernanda Medrano is a Registered Clinical Counsellor originally from Mexico, with the experience of working in the field of trauma and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Driven to create a safe, collaborative, culturally humble, and inclusive therapeutic space, Fernanda accompanies people on their unique paths to healing, facilitating opportunities for growth, self-discovery, resistance, and resilience.
