Settlement Orientation Services (SOS) is an organization based in Vancouver, BC at the ISSofBC Welcome Centre. SOS provides services to new Refugee Claimant clients arriving British Columbia. SOS has just released a series of videos targeted to new clients on the Refugee Claimant process. The videos cover the following topics:

  1. Overview of the Claim Process
  2. Refugee Claim Settlement Worker
  3. Applying for Social Assistance
  4. Opening a Bank Account
  5. Health Resources
  6. Work Permit Application

All of the videos are posted on the SOS Website.
