SHARE Family & Community Services: New Beginnings – Newcomer and Refugee Support for Children, Youth and their families

New Beginnings community programs provides support for refugee families with young children:

New Beginnings is a settlement-focused parenting program for refugee families with children from birth to ages six, who are living in the Tri-Cities. It provides a safe and supportive environment in which parents can learn and play with their children, share and develop their parenting skills and knowledge, develop friendships, connect with community resources such as health, education and housing. We work closely with parents to support the families’ successful settlement and integration into their communities.
