In this statistical bulletin produced by the BC Refugee Hub, the arrival of Afghan refugees to Canada is examined. The information is broken down by arrivals of Government Assisted Refugees (GARs), Privately Sponsored Refugees (PSRs) and Extended Family Members. Additionally, statistics are provided for arrivals per province and national totals. The information in this bulletin is based on the data released by the Government of Canada up to November 24, 2023.
