This resource guide has been produced by the Vancouver Island Refugee Readiness Team (RRT) and provides complete information on the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). The IFHP provides limited, temporary coverage of health-care benefits to resettled refugees, refugee claimants and certain other groups who do not have access to public health insurance or private insurance for a service or product.
