Registration is now open for our new learning cohorts, presented by the BC Refugee Hub.
The cohort-based learning sessions are designed to support you in exploring practical tools, strategies, and practices that can help you cultivate well-being in your work.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Nervous system awareness and stress responses
- The impacts of stress and trauma on the brain, body, and behaviour
- Practical tools for managing stress and supporting holistic well-being
- Ways to work more collaboratively with our nervous systems rather than simply trying to “fix” or control them
- Strategies that can be used for both staff well-being and client support
The training will be developed and facilitated by our Topic Expert, Emily Gibson, Trauma Informed Well-Being Educator and Consultant.
