Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) – Appellant’s Guide and Kit

The IRB’s Appellant’s Guide is for people who are appealing decisions of the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) to the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). It will give you basic information about:

• what you need to do to appeal your RPD decision;
• the documents you need for your appeal; and
• what happens during an appeal to the RAD.
