AMSSA E-Learning Modules are online courses on topics regarding settlement and integration in BC. This e-learning format allows learners to take the online courses at their own pace or  doing the courses as a group as well. Discussion questions are included that work well for both individual thought and group discussion. After taking each course, learners receive a certificate of completion.

Refugee Mental Health Front-line Workers Training

The training module identifies different refugee categories in Canada, stages of refuge and resettlement stress factors that contribute to mental health challenges for Refugees. It describes approaches and practical tools for assessing refugee trauma and addressing mental health needs. The module will help front-line workers recognize the signs and symptoms of vicarious trauma/burnout and best practices for self-care.
