Workshop details: A Workshop on Burnout, Compassion Satisfaction, and Sustainable Care. You spend your days supporting others through crisis, transition, trauma, uncertainty, and change. But who supports the helpers? Together, we will explore realistic and compassionate approaches to maintaining well-being while continuing to do meaningful work in demanding times. This workshop is for: Frontline staff, settlement workers, counsellors, social service providers, interpreters, volunteers, supervisors, and community leaders.

Participants will leave with:

– Renewed reflection, connection, and sustainability in the helping role

– Practical tools for daily well-being and regulation

– Strategies for healthier team and workplace cultures
