In light of the recent events in Afghanistan, the Government of Canada has issued two press releases regarding the resettlement of vulnerable Afghan nationals in Canada.

This press release contains information about the special programs that are available for Afghans who assisted Canada and for vulnerable Afghans, while this press release outlines how the federal government has expanded its existing program to welcome additional Afghans fleeing the country.

Donations/Volunteers:

A new donations page has been created by the Government of Canada for those wanting to donate or volunteer to offer their support.
