New web content is now available to support individuals making an immigration appeal.

IRC is pleased to announce that new webpages to help individuals appeal an immigration decision are now live. Written in easy-to-understand language, the content found in Making an immigration appeal will help provide added support to appellants, particularly those who are representing themselves and vulnerable persons.

Redesigned webpages, developed by the IRB’s Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), include:

• detailed information on the steps required for making an appeal
• information to help prepare a case
• simple instructions for submitting documents
• information on how to prepare for an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) conference
