The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is offering free counselling services through the BC Safe Haven Program. This service provides a confidential and supportive space for refugee claimants, refugees, and CUAET visa holders to speak with a registered clinical counsellor.

Clients can receive support for stress, sadness, anxiety, and other emotional challenges with the goal of making positive, meaningful changes in their lives.

Services are available to eligible clients at no cost.
