The Foundations of Employment Supports for Newcomers e-Learning provides foundational knowledge and practical tools to strengthen understanding of the provision of employment support services for newcomers. This e-learning course is designed for BC settlement practitioners who have not received formalized training in the foundations of providing employment support services, are new to settlement work or are wanting a refresher on employment supports. It is designed to fill a gap for staff serving international students, temporary foreign workers, and refugee claimants.
